Born and raised on Maui and a proud Lahainaluna graduate, Alex Iskenderian is a second-generation real estate professional whose life and livelihood are deeply rooted in Hawaii. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Real Estate and Business Marketing, Alex combines local insight, academic depth, and relentless drive in every transaction. As Co-Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Berkshire Hathaway Maui Properties, Alex led the firm’s historic transition from Prudential to Berkshire Hathaway—establishing Hawai‘i’s first Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Brokerage. Since then, he has expanded its reach across Maui and Hawai‘i Island, leading a team of top agents recognized for billions in closed transactions.
